I've been carrying this style of Stingray Skin wallet for more than twenty five years. It's a very classy accessory that gets a LOT of compliments. The Stingray Skin seems like it could last for generations, but the cowhide - not so much. After seven or eight years, I replace the old with the new - this being the fourth one This latest purchase seems to be a little thicker and the wallet seems a bit stiffer. This is acceptable to me, because that tells me that the cowhide they're now using will perhaps last longer and with time, the cowhide will perhaps become more supple.
