My wife bought me this leather wallet from Royce about 3 years ago. After almost giving up on buying me any accessories, (we had a previous incident when she surprised me with a rediculous bright yellow trifold wallet as a birthday gift-call me stubborn or a bad spouse, but, "I couldn't carry this thing around with me for years to come," I thought.) she turned to a memory of me talking about a friends cool "magic wallet" he had back in high school. She found this company online and made her purchase and gifted it to me. I thanked her and she forgave me.I was genuinely eager to break in my new, very light, and surprisingly sturdy Royce Flippy Wallet. I travel to various counties for work all the time and this thing is a gem to discreetly slip into your skinny jeans front pocket --you really do only save whats important having a wallet so slim. (Insert George Costanza joke here.) Several dozen complements later, I have yet to have a card or money slip out from the inside elastic straps. This is surprising as the inside straps are very slim-perfect for a the party trick of making your cash disappear from one side to the other!After years of pretty much always being weighed down under my 220 lbs right buttcheek, my first Royce flip wallet is finally going into retirement. I could still probably get three more years out of this bad-boy if I wanted to, but I suppose its time to get a new one.
