Excellent case. Bought to store a Springfield XD Tactical (5" barrel) and a Smith & Wesson SD9VE. Both fit, with mags inserted, which still leaves room for 2 mags stores next to them. The other side with the velcro closure holds 5 mags; the elastic works fine. This works great for the intended use of just storing guns and magazines. If two pistols are secured/stored and the separate closure for mags (5) is filled, the zippers have a snug closure. There does not appear to be anywhere near enough stress to cause long-term wear and tear. The detachable aspect of the gun (2) and elastic loops (3 loops on a rectangular patch) are brilliant. Each detachable (3 total) velcro part has a strong tab to pull. Zippers are lockable and the lining along the interior perimeter of the zippers prevents anything from getting caught. Handles are strong. I ordered and returned a dual pistol case before this, that did not secure the guns with straps (VISM/NC Star). There was a large slim pocket for each gun to be placed in, with a padded divider that had 5-6 elastic straps. The lack of straps allows the guns to move around a bit, if the case was flipped. This could result in the guns hitting each other (partially, such as barrels) or the magazines in the divider.This is the best pistol case I've seen and will order another one in the future. Helikon-Tex surprised with their quality. Apparently, they are a Polish company, and there is not a ton of info/reviews on them.
