The vest itself works great.However the supplied battery is garbage.Manufacture did replace batteries twice.Both batteries only lasted 3 charge cycles.I purchased a different battery pack from a different manufacturer.I have used this vest daily in the winter months and it has worked great.Having bought quite a few heated clothes and socket etc, only this really works, although the front heated area is not quite there. The best part is the heated neck area.Use it for workI love this vest. It fits as expected, looks nice, and the heater is great. My first one stopped working after 1 use (battery went bad). The seller exhanged it without any question. Wore my new one tonight and the battery (fully charged) quit working after about 30 minutes (still shows it has a full charge). Unfortunately, I'll need to send this one back too.The vest material was nice enough and the size seemed to be just what the chart said.However, on one vest the zipper pull broke apart the first time I unzipped it.With the replacement, the power bank was charged but wasn't delivering a charge. I switched it out with my own power bank and the vest worked.This power bank had no way to turn it on or off that I could determine, there was a single button to check the charge level via 4 indicator lights.I tried all manner of holding that button down to see if the power bank had to be turned on in some way, and I don't believe there was any such function.I could find no way of contacting this company in the accompanying materials or online, so made the decision to return the vest and will try another brand.When I’m at work overnight and out in the weather, I can stay nice and warm without having to use multiple hand warmers in my pockets.I was never able to get the vest to turn on. I have tried everything but was unsuccessful. I’m not sure if the battery is defective or the vest. I reached out to the seller and hoping they will be helpful.The fit is true too size and comfortable I love it I’ll be wearing it under my jacket when I ride my motircycle it is also wind resistant
